We want the pieces you choose to feel like they belong in your wardrobe. If something doesn’t feel like the right fit, we offer returns on qualifying items. All returns will be refunded to the original payment method

Returns Within the U.S.

Items eligible for return may be sent back within 10 days of the date your order was delivered.

What qualifies:
– Items must be in new, unworn condition
– All original tags and packaging must be included
– Pieces must be free of marks, scents, pet hair, or signs of wear

International Returns

We are not able to accept returns from international addresses at this time.

How to Begin a Return

To start a return, please email contact@odetouna.com and include:
– Your name
– Order number
– The item(s) you’d like to return

Once we review your request, we’ll send a Return Authorization Form. This form must travel back with your item; returns sent without it cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Details
– Your return must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving authorization
– Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
– Shipping charges from your original order are not refundable
– If your entire order is returned and it originally shipped for free, our original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
– Returns that don’t meet the conditions above may be declined

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after your return is delivered to us.
