At Ode to Una, every order is assembled with care and intention. Please allow 1–2 business days for your pieces to be prepared and handed off to the shipping carrier. We rely on trusted carriers to deliver your order safely, but once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delays or issues during transit are outside of our control. If you ever need confirmation that your package was shipped, we’re happy to share that information.

– Orders $50+ ship free
– All other U.S. orders ship for a flat $7.50

Timeline
Most domestic deliveries arrive within 3–6 business days after they leave our studio. If you’re hoping to receive your order sooner, please reach out before you complete your purchase so we can explore faster options.

International Shipping

International orders are typically on their way within 1–2 business days. Most packages arrive in about two weeks, depending on destination and customs processing. UPS is our primary carrier for international shipments, though some locations may use USPS or DHL.

Customs & Import Fees
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs may review packages at their own pace, which can extend delivery times.

If your country restricts the shipment of any item in your order, we will cancel and refund the order in full.
